Every GoDs character comes from a world outside of the Garden – the place where they were born, grew up, lived, and then eventually left as they found their way into the Garden. Your character’s world of origin will have a dramatic effect on what type of person they are, their outlook on life, and perhaps even their preferred manner of dress.
All our player homeworlds also have a Cosmic Power, which is a type of sorcery or strange technology that is unique to them. While you may learn other Cosmic Powers once your character is in-play, you may only begin with the Cosmic Power from your home setting.
Our currently available player worlds are listed on the sidebar to the right; each has a brief description of that setting, plus a much longer culture packet that has more detailed information. If you have any questions, we encourage you to visit our Forums or Contact page!
At the bottom of each page you will notice that we rank worlds based on their current character populations. These correspond to various potential benefits for playing characters from worlds with low populations. Our rankings are High (8+ characters), Medium (3-7 characters), Low (1-2 characters), and None (0 characters).
